We are seeking one Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team of talented people to help continue our tradition of innovation and market leadership. This remote position. Come and grow with us!
Remote Position | Closest facility is in Hampden, ME. Pay range is $23 - $26 per hour depending on experience.
How You Will Make a Positive Impact
- Accurately input high volume of sales orders
- Build sustainable relationships and trust both internally and externally to increase sales and revenue for the company.
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right tools/methods
- Analyze Data
- Act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Accept and route orders to/through the proper channels while following procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take initiative to engage with customers
- Work with our CSR Lead to implement companies' best practices
- Help identify and train product champion within his group
- Follow up on quotations as needed
- Responsible for consumables invoicing for product delivered via BMS trucks
- Act as a liaison between the branch manager and shipping to resolve inventory issues.

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds alone or up to 100 pounds with lift assistance
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience required
- 2 years in manufacturing experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated lean techniques
- Ability to work as part of a team with conduct that upholds company values and standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Promote safety in the workplace and adhere to the safety standards of the company
